Ótimo, e com pequenos ajustes poderia ser excelente!
Educação, simpatia e cordialidade de todo o staff, indistintamente, mas registro menção especial ao atendimento recebido pelo Marcelo (bar do restaurante) e Anamiris; qualidade da roupa de cama e banho, que era trocada mediante solicitação na recepção. A piscina merece menção especial: ima das maiores que já conheci, possui profundidade de apenas 1,40m conferindo acesso democrático a adultos e crianças. O atendimento no bar molhado foi sensacional, parabéns a todos que nos atenderam com excelência. Banheiras de hidro com vista para o mar dão um charme especial, mas sugiro que não se coloque sabão pois o piso não é antiderrapante nesta área, o que pode ocasionar quedas.
Sugestão de melhoria: construir uma pequena rampa de madeira com corrimão para acesso à praia para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Por fim um registro que não poderia deixar passar em branco, e não é culpa do resort, mas da má educação de muitos hóspedes e frequentadores: apesar dos vários avisos espalhados nas áreas comuns, proibindo que se leve alimentos para a área da piscina, foi comum vermos pessoas levando pratos abarrotados de camarões fritos para a beira da piscina para petiscar. Existe um restaurante coberto, montado com mesas e cadeiras mas as pessoas insistem neste tipo de atitude e foi comum encontrar restos de alimentos boiando na água. Lamentável!

Da praia e da piscina.
Quarto poderia ser melhor. A comida e a bebida podiam ser melhores. Só tocava forró. Podia tocar outras músicas. Deveria ter um tobogã para adultos. Tinha poucas atividades de lazer... No geral achei o Pratagy resort melhor...

Melhor custo x benefício all inclusive
O check-in feito pelo app auxilia muito na chegada da recepção. A equipe de recreação é muito animada e propõe brincadeiras divertidas. Sobre o sistema all inclusive: comida muito boa com destaque para as tapiocas feitas na hora e os grelhados no almoço e jantar. Boas opções de drinks, destilados e cervejas (Heineken inclusive). O chopp é o pilsen da Turatti- uma cervejaria do Ceará. Gosto que sempre tem uma comida tipicamente nordestina para quem não é da região provar, como a panelada.
Aqui eu coloco observações para quem estiver hospedado estar ciente. Serviço de quarto precisa mesmo agendar na recepção, ou seja, se você sair pra passear e esquecer de pedir, quando voltar seu quarto vai estar do mesmo jeito (e não é culpa do hotel, porque eles deixam isso bem claro no check-in). Outra coisa que pode ser polêmica é a música que toca. São músicos da região, então esperem um bom forró, piseiro, etc. 22:00 encerra a música, o que eu acho cedo, mas pra quem não gosta deste estilo pode ser tarde…enfim. Quartos com canais de TV a cabo. Apesar de ser smartTV eu não consegui acessar nenhum streaming. Se quiser ver algum, leve o celular e acesse o Wi-Fi do hotel.
